The South Access Industrial Park is located at the south entrance to downtown Whitehorse, directly on the Alaska Highway. This 27-acre light industrial subdivision will consist of five separately titled lots, each offering electrical service to the lot line. Lots are cleared and will all front a new municipal road with direct access to South Access Road and the Alaska Highway. South Access Park is situated on Kwanlin Dun First Nation Settlement Lands. These specific lands have received a Certificate of Title from the Yukon Land Titles Office. This means tenants will purchase a leasehold interest that will be registered in the Yukon Land Titles Office. Leasehold interests may be bought and sold, and eligible purchasers can qualify for mortgages and other financing options offered by financial institutions. SERVICES

 

ATCO electrical and Northwestel cable is provided to the lot line. Tenants are responsible for their own water supply and sanitary disposal. Municipal property taxes are levied by the City of Whitehorse according to its bylaws and electrical and telecommunication fees are levied by ATCO and Northwestel, respectively.
