SERVICES

Lots are located adjacent to Collins and McFadden Drive, both of which are municipal roads with winter clearing, municipal water service, ATCO electrical and Northwestel cable to lot line. Tenants are responsible for their own sanitary disposal. Municipal utility fees and property taxes are levied by the City of Whitehorse according to its bylaws and electrical and telecommunication fees are levied by ATCO and Northwestel, respectively.
