CNLP group recently broke ground on another exciting commercial development on KDFN-owned lands in the Marwell Industrial area . The 12,000sqft mixed-use building should see Occupancy early November 2025 and will bring some much needed space to the Whitehorse Commercial/Industrial market . This is another CNLP project that meets its strategic business mandate to develop KDFN lands to best use and highest yield. It also follows the group's standard approach to fully and vertically integrate all possible KDFN-owned resources and maximize FN business-partnerships in all of its projects.
