The Sima neighbourhood is located just 1km off the Alaska Highway in proximity to numerous other light industrial uses including some country residential, the Mt. Sima ski hill and Winterlong Brewing. The Park is about 10km from the Erik Nielson Whitehorse International Airport.

LEASE HOLD INTERESTS

The Sima Park is situated on Kwanlin Dun First Nation Settlement Lands. These specific lands have received a Certificate of Title from the Yukon Land Titles Office. SERVICES

Lots are located adjacent to Collins and McFadden Drives. Both municipal roads offer winter clearing and ATCO electrical and Northwestel cable provided to the lot line. Tenants are responsible for their own sanitary disposal and water supply. Property taxes are levied by the City of Whitehorse according to its bylaws and electrical and telecommunication fees are levied by ATCO and Northwestel, respectively.
